Pacifico's four buildings house up to 112 members.  There are 65 small single rooms, 17 large singles, 6 small double rooms, and 8 large double rooms.  Additionally, there is one large efficiency apartment at Pacifico with a capacity of two persons.  One person may choose to rent out both halves of a double-occupancy room by paying the full cost for both halves.

• Small single: 11x7.8 ft (84 sq. ft.) or 7.8 sq. meters

• Large single: 10.4X11 ft (114 sq. ft.) or 10.6 sq. meters

• Small double: 12.1x11 ft (133 sq. ft.) or 12.4 sq. meters
• Large double: 13.3x15.4 ft (202 sq. ft.) or 18.8 sq. meters
  

Features

Each room has plenty of outlets, internet access, a closet, a storage loft, and can have a private phone "land-line" activated.  Rooms can be furnished upon request for a monthly charge.

The Kitchen

Dining areas have fully-equipped community kitchens, complete with gas range and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, and small appliances.

Common Areas

This is where it all happens. Members eat, study, hang out, and sometimes even fall asleep in the shared living and dining rooms. The various suites at Pacifico are each centered around a common area, and the first floors of the buildings contain an additional common area.  Some of these suites offer a more studious environment, using the common areas as a place to spread out your books and read.  Other suites offer a more social environment, using their common areas as dining rooms, TV rooms, or as a place to gather and talk or play music.  As a member of Pacifico, you will have access to all of the various common areas, giving you the best of both worlds.

The Bathroom

Roommates on each floor share a bathroom, each with three showers, three sinks, and three toilets. The first floor of each building has a private, ADA-accessible bathroom, and a second private bathroom.
