Welcome to Pacifico Student Cooperative Housing! The purpose of Pacifico is to provide affordable co-op housing for students attending University of California at Davis and other schools in the Davis and Sacramento communities. Because Pacifico is run by the resident members of the coop, our prices are kept affordable and Pacifico offers the services that the members want. We also strive to engage in continuous educational programs that further the principles of cooperation through mutual, self-help living at a minimal cost.
