The cost of living in Davis is high, tuition is going up, and families are finding it more difficult to help with the costs of college than ever. By providing low-cost, high-quality housing that is convenient to the needs of students, Pacifico Coop makes it easier to afford the cost of school, whatever school you are attending. Pacifico offers services to every member that save time and money.

Your Rent Check at Pacifico

While some apartments may come with utilities, or even internet, included in the rent, Pacifico offers much more. The services provided to members of the coop are decided on by the members of the coop, who work together to make sure that their home meets their needs. Some of the benefits current members of the coop get include:

Prepared Meals
Stocked Food Pantry
Household Supplies (cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc)
All Utilities
On-site manager and officers of the coop

Comparing the Cost of Living

Most rooms at Pacifico are single-occupancy rooms. We also have double-occupancy rooms, which are even more affordable. While different room sizes cost different amounts, the costs in this chart are an average price for all single or double rooms.

1. Membership in Pacifico Coop includes one prepared meal daily and 24/7 access to a shared pantry.

4. Apartment costs are an average cost of 1 BR and studio apartments found on Craigslist.
5. The average cost of renting a private single bedroom out of a multi-room apartment or house found on Craigslist.
